Founder, President, CEO, CFO, Furniture Maker

28 years experience in all phases of architectural woodwork and custom furniture industry. Attended University of Massachusetts and the New England School of Photography. Apprenticed in furniture making at Boulder, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Oversees our mission goal of customer satisfaction through excellence in Craftsmanship.


David Zammit
Vice President, Operations Manager

David has been instrumental to the growth of the company and is team leader and director of the project management and engineering team.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing Project Management, Engineering, Production, Shipping and Installation.


Mike Bonde
Vice President of Sales

30 years experience in commercial architectural woodwork, including 20 years in sales, estimating and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of Sales and Marketing Team, and Contract Negotiation.


Bill Oberschulte
Head of Estimating

28 years experience with Construction and Woodworking, including 15 years as Owner/Manager of an architectural woodwork company. 10 years pre-construction and estimating experience, and is head of Estimating.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all Estimating Functions and Processes.


Bob Geyer
Head of Engineering

37 years experience in architectural woodwork, involving pre-construction, design, fabrication and installation. WIC (Woodwork Institute of California) certificate since 1968.

Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating Engineering and shop drawing


Barton Ward
Project Manager, Senior Estimator

26 years experience in woodworking industry, including 7 years as Owner/Manager of a custom woodworking shop.

Responsibilities:

Estimating and project management of special projects.
