Pre-Construction
Services
We offer "preliminary budgeting" to help define project value
and scope. We provide value engineering and alternatives to reduce
cost. We offer assistance to Design Team in project development,
material selection and design details.
Estimating
We provide accurate and detailed breakdowns for
the scope of work, that are referenced by page,
room and plan number.
Project Management
We assign a Project Manager to every project
upon contract award. Our Project Managers have in
depth construction experience, providing one point
of contact for our client. They coordinate all
phases of the project through completion.
Engineering
Our Project Engineers communicate in the same language as the
Architects, using AutoCAD 2005 to produce working drawings that
include floor plans, elevations, cross sections, finish schedules
and construction details to clearly detail all necessary information.
Manufacturing
Guided by a progressive and comprehensive
scheduling system, materials flow efficiently
through the various phases of manufacturing and
finish. Our experienced craftsmen utilize modern
construction techniques to create high quality
products.
Finishing
Our new UV Finishing line produces a high
quality durable and pollution free finish. Sprayed
finishes of catalyzed urethane are applied in our
climate controlled spray booth when applicable.
Installation
Installation supervision is provided as
required, from wall partition layout through
completion of installation. Skilled craftsmen,
managers and supervisors are used to bring the
project to a successful completion. Union projects
are staffed by union installers.
