Estimator

We are currently seeking the right individuals for an Estimator position. 

Key Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

• Takeoff cabinets and millwork from architectural blueprints.
• Input takeoff into our estimating program with unit prices and T&M’s
• Verify pricing of specialty items
• Request quotes from our associate companies for metal, glass, etc.
• Write and submit RFI’s, verify scope and project conditions with the GC’s
• Complete all required bid documents

 
Requirements

• Background in Woodworking a plus.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints/drawings
• Proficiency with PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows)
• Complete all required bid documents and prepare formal proposals.
• Ability to multi-task and meet bid deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Salary: DOE
