We are currently seeking the
right individuals for a Project Manager position.
We are looking for
individuals with a strong work ethic and who will contribute their experience
to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities and
duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing several projects simultaneously,
depending on size of projects.
Manage projects from the time of project award to
close-out.
Establish and maintain project schedules.
Maintain and project budgetary reports as needed
throughout the project to ensure profitability at project close-out.
Apply your Woodworking background to:
Coordinate with our engineering, fabrication and
installation associates to create an efficient project path.
Resolve technical problems presented by site
conditions and design challenges.
Assess logistical challenges and resolve.
Create meaningful and lasting relationships with
our clients.
Ability to assess and critically analyze cost impacts
of client driven scope changes.
Work with the General Contract and Architect to
achieve project goals.
Delegate and coordinate clearly and successfully
with our Project Administrators and other departments set up to assist Project Managers.
Be the ultimate responsible party for the success
of your projects.
Minimum Requirements
Strong
background in Commercial Architectural Woodworking and Millwork execution
a must. (Hospitality Industry Experience desired)
5 + years
experience as a Project Manager in the Woodworking Industry.
Timberline Project Management software experience
a plus
Must be fluent in PC applications (Excel, Word,
Outlook, and MS Project)
Ability to read architectural blueprints
Ability to proof read and correct shop drawings.
Strong and effective verbal and written
communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
